FAQ’S

  • During your consultation, one of our cosmetic Registered Nurses will take the time to understand your concerns, aesthetic goals, and medical history. We’ll asess your facial anatomy, discuss suitable treatment options, and outline what results you can realistically expect. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions so you feel informed and confident to make decisions about your medical aesthetic and skin treatments.

During your clinical consultation, we will provide you with a personalised quote prior to treatment commencement. It is important to know you can decline treatment and choose not to proceed with treatment, and your deposit will be fully refunded.

Sometimes we may ask personal questions about you, the medications you are taking, or questions that may feel tricky to answer particularly around your mental health. While sometimes these conversations can feel difficult, it is important as health care professionals we are providing services that align with the national standards and ethics, and are providing the best possible care to our patients.

If you choose to proceed with treatment on the day, you will complete consent forms and perform a telehealth consultation with a doctor.

If we do not think non-surgical medical aesthetic or skin treatments will realistically help you achieve your goals, or you are unsuitable for non surgical treatment options, we may refer you to another practitioner such as a surgeon or psychologist.

  • Everybody is different and every person has a different response and interpretation of pain. The reality is for some people who are particularly responsive to pain, medical aesthetic treatments can be uncomfortable, however it should never be excruciating or unbearable.
